iNetic’s automotive design abilities are the clean-sheet design of traction motor-generators, flywheel energy storage system (FESS) and segment machines, electromagnetic and mechanical design, and design verification and simulation. The company is also capable of the design and manufacture of special purpose machines for automated production, and accomplishes research and development through prototypes, qualification, and production, with complete supply-chain sourcing. iNetic has invested in a new in-house designed and manufactured auto-winder for segments and is investing in a new in-house designed and manufactured needle-winder. We are currently set-up for 1,000 per annum FESS units and matching MGU, and will be ramping up to capacity to produce 114 segment motor per day.
iNetic has produced 127,000 stators for an industrial customer since 2001, with 14 rejects in 100,000 (99.986% RFT) demonstrating our capability to produce high quality products consistently. Industrial research and development is achieved through prototypes, qualification, and production, with complete supply-chain sourcing. iNetic works on the design and manufacture of special purpose machines for automated production. We are installing cells for the production of 120,000 galvanometers and 2,000 miniature medical motors per annum.
In collaboration with universities and leading medical companies, iNetic design and manufacture a range of miniature high-speed motors, for both medical tools and in vivo medical applications. Our tool motors are potted and hermetically sealed, and able to withstand 135°C autoclave sterilisation. Our implantable motors have surface temperatures of no more than 2°C above body temperature and are suitable for long term implantation.
iNetic is very active in the energy sector, and has the capability and experience of both designing and manufacturing many mechanisms in the sector, including: Electro-mechanical Orientors, Turbine-Generators, Magnet Housings, Couplers, Tractor Motors, Cutter Motors, and Coil-Tube Angular Positioning “Worms”. We also create designs for 20kpsi, 200°C+, H2S, high-vibration, high-tension and high-torque environments.
