Manufacturing

iNetic is capable of manufacturing segment wound motors, hairpin motors and rotor assemblies. Each year the company produces approximately 2,000 large stators and 10,000 small stators for its customers.

In order to advance these capabilities iNetic designed and built an in-house segment winding machine with the capability of tensioning up to 16 individual wire strands.

With support from government funding, iNetic are designing and producing a 6-axis needle winding machine with tool change capability; able to wind, manipulate, strip, connect and mill motors up to Ø700mm by 500mm length, entirely automated.
